A lot of you know I have been an advocate for mental health for a while now. We often neglect our mental health in the daily hustle and forget how vital it is for us to thrive. The month of May has been celebrated as the Mental Health Awareness(MHA) month since 1949 and this year May 18-24 is being celebrated as the MHA week.
So in the spirit of creating awareness and removing the stigma against mental health, in this episode, we converse with two stellar speakers who do some inspiring work in this field who are going to speak about “Combating Internal Battles”

The brother-sister duo have come together to launch TavaMitram, a not-for-profit self-help group offering free counseling and group coaching services to the less-fortunate to build their inner strength and make them cope with emotional issues.
In light of the pandemic and the mental issues that several people could be facing with the extenuating circumstances, they have launched a free certification program, which consists of 12 videos aiming to equip individuals to be aware of their mental health and those of loved ones around them.
