Meraklis Teams build invincible companies

Empower employees to tap into their awareness, find equanimity, and perform at their peak.

$14 Billion

That’s the invisible cost per year Indian employers incur because of poor mental health amongst employees*

Absenteeism, Quiet Quitting, and Attrition have become the norm as we struggle to cope with the increasing demands on professional and personal fronts.

Being available 24*7 and the constant flood of information reduces creativity and impacts productivity of teams.

Leaders are agonizing over how to encourage disengaged team members to perform and collaborate to accelerate growth.

Unlock the hidden potential of your workforce

Employees today are constantly under pressure and weary from incessant anxiety and chronic stress. They’re busy 24*7. Yet their fullest potential remains untapped as their focus is scattered and their energies continually drained.

The missing piece to cope with the increasing demands of our times is mind mastery. We need to strengthen our mental muscles and improve mental fitness to channel our energy and attention to get more done peacefully.

Being Meraklis strives to enable leaders to master their minds and become emotionally resilient to navigate the ups and downs of life and career effortlessly.

Testimonials

"The masterclass was apt, clearly explaining what journaling is and is not. It bursts myths that we have seen and heard on the web and especially in Instagram about fancy tools you need for journaling. In reality it needs some time, a pen and paper and your fully present mind. The techniques presented were relatable and would help me journal according to circumstances and time. The flexibility is something all of us could use. I will highly recommend it to my colleagues and friends who are interested. Thanks Shweta."

“The thing about being a human in this era is that we tend to forget about being and get more busy in achieving and doing without thinking. This workshop spoke to me in terms of what it wants to achieve. No upselling, no big claims of magically bringing transformation overnight. But it was a more methodical and very gentle approach to bring small, relevant changes in the way we function and exist that allows more peaceful, more conscious and more meaningful living. I do believe it is most effective for me than any other such venture because one, there is genuine personal intent of Shwetha to help others in living more consciously and two, the methods/tools are not unrealistic or too heavy to practice on daily basis. The workshop of Reflect and Recalibrate was very gentle in approaching the topic of being efficiency and our best without burning out. Came out of it feeling more comfortable with self and energized.”

“I found Shwetha's session to be practical and actionable. She has put in a lot of thought and wisdom to create this experience. She shares tips, her lived-in experience, and more importantly, how journalling can help to manage stress. I will finally be dusting off my stationery to use this powerful tool of self-reflection more often.”

“This was my first session with Shwetha, but I was absolutely thrilled knowing that I was doing something for myself. The session proved every bit as good as I had expected. Got to learn a lot of new techniques, understood how to manage stress and how to journal consistently. Definitely looking forward to joining more of her sessions in the future!”
