Looking Back at the year gone by

December, for me, is always a month for reflections. It is a time to pause, breathe, look back, and reflect the year gone by. 

We often pay little attention to how we spend our time and these yearly reflections always help me measure growth and progress over the last 12 months. And, gear up for what is to come.

Confucius once said, there are three methods in which we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest. Second, by imitation, which is easiest. And third by experience, which is the bitterest. Might as well choose the noblest.
