Unlock the power of your breath to calm the mind

Pranayama and Meditation classes to help you experience and leverage the mind-body-breath connection

The movement of breath is a mirror to the movement of the mind

चले वाते चलं चित्तं निश्चले निश्चलं भवेत्

cale vāte calaṁ cittaṁ niścale niścalaṁ bhavet | Hatha Yoga Pradipilka

If we steady the breath, we can steady the mind. Through these  sessions, we will learn the philosophy behind the different breathing techniques and establish a strong practice to experience the mind-breath connection.

The intention behind these classes is to help you create a tailored sadhana for yourself that can help you not just cope with demands on your time and energy but thrive.

Like BKS Iyengar says, “Breath is the king of mind.”

Our sessions are based on the teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and follow the lineage of Hatha Yoga while making the practices applicable and relevant in modern times.

What to expect from these sessions?

Hi, I’m Shwetha Sivaraman

A yoga practitioner since 2018, I have personally benefitted from the many ways Yoga creates spaces between me, my thoughts, and feelings. It has helped me stay anchored and calm regardless of the chaos around me.

I’m a certified trainer having completed my 200+ hrs teacher training program from Kaivalyadhama Lonavala. I’ve read widely from Osho, Sadhguru, Jiddu Krishnamurti, to classical texts like Yoga Sutras, Vedanta, and Bhagavad Gita.

Through these sessions I hope to impart what I’ve learned and gained from personal experience to help you put knowledge to action to ease friction as we navigate life in all its ups and downs.

See you on the mat!
