Deepa’s journey began as a Chartered Accountant, working with prestigious organizations like PwC and ITC in Kolkata. Subsequently, she pursued an MBA at IIM Bangalore and took on key roles in management consulting and corporate strategy at KPMG and Aptech. At FlexiBees, Deepa takes on multiple roles, leading talent sourcing, onboarding, finance, and legal functions. An ardent speaker on various topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Entrepreneurship, Flexible Working, and the Future of Work, she is also the Vice President of the Pan IIM Alumni Association in Singapore.
